My Husband and I arrived 2 days after hurricane Dean passed and luckily missed Cozumel. We went diving the same day we arrived. There was no damage to the reefs. Our stay at the Coral Reef Inn was exactly what we expected after reading several reviews and talking to the owners. We stayed in room #4. It had a kingsize pillow top mattress and a private bath with plenty of hot water. We liked having the option of either eating in or dining out in one of the many area restaurants. The rooftop kitchen is a perfect place to mix a cocktail and unwind under the stars after a day of diving. The Inn caters to divers and has an added extra. They have a place to clean your gear and hang it to dry on the 3rd floor. The Inn is located in a quiet neighborhood next to a park. It was nice to be in a resort with other adults and no noisy kids running around.
